The indoor pool remained closed during our stay, which was disappointing. However, the staff's friendliness made check-in effortless.

Spa suite was nice but the room had some cleanliness issues.

the baymont had a great location, super close to everything we needed. the staff, although a bit overwhelmed, were genuinely nice and tried hard to help us. our deluxe queen room was comfortable, and we appreciated the available breakfast in the morning, even if it ran out too soon.

The lobby area and hallways were well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our room had a generous size, making it comfortable for our family with the pull-out bed for the kids.

The carpets could have been a little cleaner.

Family friendly but a bit rough around the edges

The beds are my number one concern, these are better than 3 out of 4 of the hotels I stay in for business. The ac works well! and that was a relief especially with all the chaos around us.

The breakfast could use a boost

The variety at breakfast was impressive, with warm scrambled eggs and waffles to start the day. The staff's friendliness made me feel welcome.

However, the check-in process was messy, with confusion at the front desk and a disarrayed breakfast area. The long wait times were frustrating.

Comfortable Stay with Tasty Breakfast

Had a decent time here, the bed was super comfy and the pillows were nice too. Breakfast was a highlight! Loved making my own waffles, and there were small muffins and coffee. Only bummer was the paint peeling outside, and the area could use some sprucing up. Otherwise, it suited us just fine for those three nights!

great for walking to attractions and enjoying nearby parks

I loved how close we were to Province Park and the Johnson County Museum of History, making it easy to stroll through beautiful green spaces and discover local history, and the room was clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows, which made for a restful night's sleep after our adventures.

I loved the comfy bed and the refreshing indoor pool during my two-night stay. The hotel had a great vibe and was super relaxing, especially with the nice saltwater pool. The only downside was the breakfast options could have been better, but overall I had a wonderful time! 😊

This place suits me perfectly with free wifi, comfortable beds, and a 24-hour reception. Staff is always friendly and helped me find local attractions during my first stay. Highly recommend for a great experience! I'm coming back for Easter.
